I had Helen as my property manager for just under a year and she was awesome to deal with. I dealt with her from the application process right through to the end of tenancy she was fair to us as tenants and extremely understanding. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I had to end my fixed tenancy early, however Helen made the process as easy and smooth as possible.

It can be a little scary renting a house and not knowing how the landlord is going to be or whether they are going to fix things in a timely manner. Mike, you presently surprised us by getting a great sale price which was “$170,000 over”; what other agents had appraised our property for. We were not able to believe, how other agents would under value one's property just for a quick sale and commission. On the other hand, you didn’t just give us knowledge to the true value of our property, but also got us over the negotiated price, and not only that but got the house sold within in a week. Honestly, we had no hope as agents would come and go, sending us a reply of very low sale value. We thought the same about you but you proved us wrong. Tj was a very motivated salesman, who was eagerly wanting to sell my property.
