Deb has over 25 years experience in every aspect of the real estate industry.

Having been in real estate since her teens being part of the Ultimate team is a career she loves with a passion.

Through the years Deb's experience in Sales, Property Management, Administration and dealing with Solicitors, Buyers, Sellers, Owners and tenants, means her skill base is second to none in the profession.

Deb’s role sees her undertake a diverse spectrum of tasks, from providing staff with professional systems support and coordinating the roll-out of new initiatives to office compliance and assisting with trust accounting and settlements.

She’s also involved in the financial management of marketing and business marketing planning, drawing on the extensive skills she developed over the years.

Deb thrives on working in an industry that is both fast paced and ever changing. She loves the Waikato and raising her 5 children with husband Greg.
